All project work is governed by a separate written agreement (proposal, statement of work, or contract) that outlines scope, milestones, payment terms, and deliverables. These Terms apply in addition to any project-specific agreement. In case of conflict, the project-specific agreement prevails.

4. Intellectual property

Upon full payment, the client receives full ownership of all custom work produced for the project, including designs, code, and content created specifically for them. We retain the right to use anonymized project descriptions and non-confidential visuals in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

Third-party tools, libraries, and open-source components used in projects remain subject to their respective licenses.

5. Payment

Payment terms are specified in each project proposal. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 14 days of issue. Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services.

6. Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback, content, access credentials, and any other materials required for the project. Delays in client deliverables may affect project timelines.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StarLabs Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific project in question.

8. Website use

The content on this website is provided for general information purposes. We make reasonable efforts to keep it accurate and up to date, but make no warranties about completeness or accuracy. Case studies and metrics presented reflect outcomes from the founder's previous roles and are not guarantees of future results.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the applicable national laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Spain.
